One credit is worth roughly 2,500 tokens, weighted by the model that did the work. A short question over your documents uses a few; an agent that reads twenty files and drafts a full report uses considerably more. The breakdown is visible in your dashboard, per user and per model.
No. The 500 credits are granted once and for all, with no expiry date and no payment method on file. You only pay the day you move to Starter or Business.
On Free, execution stops: moving to a paid plan is the way forward. On Starter and Business, an overage is allowed - 2,000 and 10,000 credits - and billed on usage. Beyond that, Akorbit stops rather than letting the invoice grow.
A seat grants access to the platform, not a separate credit quota: the pool stays shared across the organisation. Starter includes 1 seat and goes up to 3 in total (€12 per seat per month); Business includes 3 seats and goes up to 10 in total (€20 per seat per month). Beyond that, it is the Enterprise plan.
Yes, at any time from your billing area. Payment is by card through Stripe and your invoices are available there. Switching to yearly means paying ten months instead of twelve.
Your documents and their vector index are hosted in Europe, under GDPR. The Enterprise plan additionally allows deployment on your own infrastructure, up to a fully air-gapped environment.
